Hear from Chris Cashell, Senior Vice President of Business Unit Services for WPS Health Services, on how an OnBase Business Process Solution helped them to accelerate to become a leader in the provider enrollment environment. WPS is a not-for-profit service insurance corporation with +2,500 employees. In total, they have three separate divisions: Health Insurance Commercial, Government Health Administration, and a Military and Veterans Health. Initially, they started to use OnBase in their Government Health Administration division in 2014. Before long, they were able to reduce the cycle times that had been taking 90 business days to process down to 14 days. After that, WPS saw OnBase as one of their core critical applications. Additionally, they decided to invest in an enterprise solution across the company. Specifically, this included the Health Insurance Commercial and Military and Veterans Health divisions.
