The Native American Tribe, the Oneida Nation, has approximately 1,700 enrolled tribal members. Like many government agencies, they had very paper-intensive processes. Additionally, they often found themselves buried in paper.
The Land Management department was looking for a solution to handle their records. After initial research, they realized they needed a document management solution that could benefit the entire tribal government. This realization was the beginning of a long, continuous journey and partnership with Naviant. As a result, the goal has always been to continue to transform the way the Oneida Nation does business.
