Every year Hyland develops and releases a new build and a service pack to that build.  For example, in June of 2010 version 10.0 was released and in January of 2011 they released 10.0.1(SP1).  Hyland Software strives to continually advance the ECM foundation by adding new features that others in the industry do not have yet.   Each release and service pack includes new features, new modules, and enhancements to existing modules. In addition they also include fixes related to security, scalability and other types to resolve issues that have been discovered.
