When a user logs into OnBase for the first time, the workstation is registered in the database. Additional licensing can then be applied to the workstation via the Thick Client so that additional features, such as scanning or Workflow, can be accessed from that location going forward. Certain conditions can cause OnBase to no longer recognize a registered workstation which results in an inability to access the additional features or sometimes even log in at all.
