OnBase 12 and HTML

If you have an e-form that’s misbehaving since upgrading to OnBase 12, odds are pretty good that you forgot (or implied) a bit of code somewhere that didn’t cause problems in the past. OnBase 12 is a stickler for good code grammar. Things like quotes around each of your tag attributes and a closing tag for every opening one need to be explicitly called out.

If you’re editing your forms in something with a bit of formatting assistance, such as Notepad++, it should be pretty easy to identify the missing grammar by the colors being applied to each bit of code. And, of course, search and replace is your best friend in times like these.
