E-forms not printing correctly through Citrix

We had a customer recently whose users connect to OnBase through a farm of Citrix servers. They had users that were trying to print e-forms that are HTML documents and the margins seems to be incorrect therefore cutting off the top, bottom and sides of the e-form.
