We are frequently asked for test plans during OnBase installs, upgrades, and changes to the configuration settings. Unfortunately, because the software is so customizable and configured differently for every customer, there can be no test plan of reasonable length that will effectively cover everyone. However, here are some guidelines so that you can build your own.
