By now you’ve probably guessed that my affection for OnBase runs deep. With so many different modules to choose from, Hyland has developed a robust product line that can streamline the majority of your ECM needs. Although most customers naturally gravitate to high ROI modules such as Workflow, there are also a few modules that Hyland has developed over the years to meet certain specific needs. As such, they don’t often get a lot of attention from the general public. My favorite of these is Fractal Recognition.
