The standard document retrieval window in OnBase is very flexible, including a number of options to help you locate a document even if you only know part of the key information. Here is a cheat sheet to help you make the most of your keyword based searches. Note that if multiple document types share common keywords, you can select all of them and do a single search across the group using the common keywords instead of searching each document type individually.
